Chinese medicine teaches you how to protect your teeth

There is a proverb in Chinese folk: "knocking teeth for thirty-six times in the morning, teeth will be kept healthy even when you get old" which tells that as long as we adopt the proper methods to take care of our teeth, we will have a perfect teeth even getting old. Let me show you more ways to protect the health of our teeth.

1.Gargle with tea:gargle after meals each time, and let tea wash teeth and tongue on both sides of your mouth, which helps removing tartar, promotes the oral cavity and the physiological function of the oral mucosa, as well as enhances the ability to resist acid and anti-corrosion.

2. Knock at teeth and swallow saliva: during the time when you wake up and get to bed, insist on knocking the upper and lower teeth. We suggest knocking for over ten times at the beginning, and then increasing the  knowing times and strength in the following days, insisting to even 50 times during every time. This method can enhance the tenacity of periodontal tissue fiber structure, promote the blood circulation of gum and facial, as well as  keep the teeth strong. After knocking at the teeth, swallowing saliva is also conducive to health.

 3. Keep your mouth clean:  remember to brush your teeth with lukewarm water every morning and every evening. Brushing your teeth before bedtime is more important than that in the morning. In addition, remember to rinse with water after three meals a day, also rinse the food residue in the teeth to remove the momentum by the pushing power of water. If the food residue is tightly embedded, you can also try to remove and get rid of them with toothpick. 4. Protect teeth from diets:  eggs, fruits, vegetables, and ribs soup are rich in proteins, minerals, and vitamins, which are beneficial for teeth if you eat them frequently. In addition, we should pay attention to protect the teeth during each meal to avoid excessive consumption of hot and sour food, to prevent the erosion of dental glaze damage.
5.Massage for gums: take a massage for your gums along a certain direction and with the thumb and forefinger, and 10 minutes for each time,which can promote blood circulation of the gums, alveolar and dental pulp , also prevent premature atrophy of the gums. 

6.Chew by correct way:  the correct way to chew is to chew your teeth on both sides alternately. If you often choose unilateral teeth chewing, then the side that lacks of physiological stimulation is prone to the organizational atrophy, while another side that is overload is prone to pulpitis, which affects the beauty of your face.

7. Close the teeth tightly:  each time when you urinate, close your whole teeth tightly, and keep doing so every time. This promotes the metabolism of the oral mucosa and the blood circulation of the gums, and also exercises the chewing muscles, thereby enhancing the function of the teeth.

 8.Gargle while closing your mouth: practice this method twice every day and turn the tongue around in your mouth, so that the increased saliva secretion will make tooth surface, teeth and mouth mucous membrane subjected to certain flushing and stimulation. This can make oral self-cleaning, and protects the teeth health.
